Who owns the website?

The Website is owned by Mrs Hilde Weckx (Belgium) and operated by a group of dermatologists coming from all Europe. Respectively each one is responsible of the content of its own country, each dermatologist may have the help of external providers such as communication agencies or website administrators as described in the list hereunder.

Diaroma color SRL, based in Bucharest is actually the agency responsible of the international coordination.

Rights of use

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the content accessible (or available for download) on the Website, including text, pictures, graphics, video, audio material, software (Apps) or any other form (Content) belong to euromelanoma.eu or its licensors. All rights are hereby reserved.

Your promise to us

The Website and the Content may only be used for your personal, educational and non-commercial use.

For this purpose alone you may retrieve and display the Content on a computer screen. By registering with us and become a country manager you promise to:

Send first an e mail to the European Chairman wich is actually Prof V. del Marmol, email : v.marmol@drvdm.be and describe your application (candidature in French)

Manage a single account in your own name

Use an appropriate username.

Keep your login details and password secret

Provide us back the country manager charter form completely filled.

Let us know if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account

What should I know about being a registered user/country manager?

You will be able to access your registered details with your email address and password.

You will be able to keep your information up to date by logging in and updating your profile.

You will be able to manage the content of your country website.

We may suspend terminate or prevent your registration at our sole discretion. This may be because, for example, we consider that you have breached or will breach these Terms or our community guidelines and/or your country manager charter or someone has reported abuse.

Where we suspend, terminate or prevent your registration, you must not attempt to re-register or submit content (e.g. using someone else's registration), without our permission. The period of any suspension depends on all the circumstances.

What should I know about how you use my personal data?
